In order to carry out real estate consultancy and brokerage activities and to accommodate your request for services (purchase/sale/lease of real estate - estimates/sworn appraisals - judicial auctions - real estate foreclosures etc.etc.), the use of this Site web will involve the collection of some user data such as, by way of example and not limited to:

1. to be able to carry out real estate consultancy and brokerage activities, to carry out a contractually agreed service or operation, to be able to carry out the service requested by the User regarding information and/or documentation relating to real estate proposals in the areas of their interest , to verify the progress of contractual relationships as well as the risks connected to them. It is specified that the provision of said data is mandatory in the sense that, otherwise, the Agency will not be able to fulfill, totally or partially, the aforementioned mandate, and that the data may also be collected from other subjects. Some information, then, may have to be communicated by the User or by third parties due to legal obligations (e.g. pursuant to anti-money laundering legislation). The identification data will also be processed for the fulfillment of obligations established by state laws, regulations and community legislation, or by provisions issued by authorities legitimized to do so by law and by control or supervisory bodies. The relevant processing does not require the consent of the interested party;

2. send advertising or information material relating to the commercial sphere for promotional purposes and direct and/or indirect marketing: with automated contact methods (such as text messages, e-mail, chat, instant messaging including via social networks) and traditional methods (phone calls with operator or traditional mail) of promotional and commercial communications relating to the services and products provided in the sector of real estate brokerage, auctions, real estate valuations, (sworn) appraisals and estimates, conferences and information meetings, real estate foreclosures and insolvency procedures , management and maintenance of properties, furnishings, education and training, rentals and sales of residential, commercial, industrial properties, commercial activities, marketing and communication as well as carrying out market studies and statistical analyses, sending newsletters , advertising, remarketing and behavioral targeting, display of content from external platforms, tag management, content commenting, interaction with live chat platforms, management of user databases. Your email contact details may be used by the Owner to send you commercial communications on products and services similar to those supplied, pursuant to and for the purposes of paragraph 4 of the art. 130 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018. The user may object to this processing purpose at any time. The opposition will have no effect on the pursuit of the main purpose of carrying out the real estate consultancy and brokerage activity;

3. disseminate information and photos, videos and plans relating to the property covered by the mandate via websites, social networks and/or paper publications.

Specifically for marketing and dissemination activities, retention times are 24 months from data collection; in the case of a current contract, the retention times are 24 months from its termination.
